Budget Ojha (BO) is provided for personal tracking purposes. The developer, Avishek Ojha, is not responsible for any data loss, device issues, or financial errors. By using this app, you accept full responsibility for your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Budget Ojha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with the data overwrite policy or developer decision finality, you must not use the application.

2. Critical Mirror Sync Policy

The Mirror Sync feature in Budget Ojha operates on a "Full Overwrite" logic. When you press the sync button, the database is replaced entirely by the data currently on your device.

Data Replacement: Older data in the cloud is deleted and replaced by new data from your device.
Deletion Scenario: If your cloud database contains 4 files (1, 2, 3, 4) but the device you are syncing from only has 2 files (1, 2), the cloud files 3 and 4 will be permanently removed.

EXAMPLE:
Cloud: [A, B, C, D]
Phone: [A, B]
Action: Press Sync
Result: Cloud is now [A, B]. (C and D are GONE).

It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure they are syncing from the most updated device.

3. Advertising

Budget Ojha is a free service. To maintain this, the app may display various types of advertisements. Use of the app constitutes acceptance of these ads.

4. Final Decision Clause

Regarding app functionality, data disputes, or administrative updates, the Developer's decision is the final decision. No appeals or claims against the developer’s technical or administrative choices will be recognized.

5. Safe Mediums

We utilize trusted platforms like Firebase (for data) and GitHub (for distribution). However, the developer is not liable for any security issues or downtime related to these third-party services.
